Seattle is lost.  The dumbocrat mayor called the zone, "Festive".  WTF?

You can't make this stupidity up.  It actually exists.

My prediction:  Seattle will follow Minnesota's example and will disband their police force.  In six months, both cities will have more black on black violence than Chicago.  Mark my words.
