New Password Reset - How-to

Step by Step to reset your password.

1.  open Reset your password | Piety.com

2.  On the page that opens, enter your User Name or the Email Address associated with your account.

3.  Enter the CAPTCHA Security code

4.  Click on SUBMIT

5.  If you make a mistake you may see one of the following errors.

6. Or, if you enter your email or User Name incorrectly.

7.  Once you have correctly entered your User Name or Email Address, and the correct CAPTCHA code, you will see this result.

8.  Check your email inbox for an email that looks like this.

9.  Click the link in the email.  You'll be brought back to the website and will see this page below.

10.  Enter your new password twice, it will make sure you entered it twice.

11. The system will remind to choose a strong password and if the two entries match.

12.  Click SAVE and LOGIN as <Your Username>

That's it! You're all done.  The system will change your save your new password and will log you in.

Don't forget to write it down so you have it next time!
