What the fuck?  Once again, I cannot contain my language barrier.  I will not apologize.

The judges sitting on the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS for short) have lost their damn minds.

In reversing a convicted rapist's charge, who sodomized a 4 year old some 20 odd years ago, by agreeing, 5 to 4, Justice Neil Gorsuch flipped and joined his liberal counterparts, the SCOTUS has ruled by emotion, rather than by common sense nor by the actual letter of the law.

Did they not think this through?  Did they not think of the future repercussions of such a ruling?

Will the Indian tribes now claim Tulsa as their land and start evicting non Indians?  Yes, Tulsa sits squarely in the middle of this new Tribal land.

How will Oklahoma balance it's budget, if the 1.8 million people who live on the land that SCOTUS has now deemed tribal land, don't pay their state taxes anymore?  By tribal law, they don't have to.

What about all of the criminals in jail who were convicted of breaking state law, that can not request their conviction be thrown out, if their crime was committed on this so called "Tribal Land?"

It is now crystal clear, that many of the so called conservative judges on the SCOTUS bench, are actually liberals in disguise.  No wonder the left put up such a fight to keep them out, to make it look like we had actually put conservatives on the bench.

What a sham and worse, what a tragedy for America.
