What the hell did they think was going to happen?

They paid local hotels to house off-the-street homeless. Then gave them money for food, provided them (not kidding) with alcohol and drugs, all at tax payers expense.

....and then it all went to shit.

Liberals, especially those living in CA who are in civil service must be the dumbest people on the planet.

Why do the taxpayers keep voting these morons in? Does money just flow that freely in CA that taxpayers are ok with it being given to non-tax-payers and used to pay for free room and board along with free booze and drugs?

No wonder they don't want to leave - they're getting paid to be high, drunk and to vote democrat. Disgusting.
