If democrats want to sue Trump over his executive orders, that they say is tantamount to the president creating legislation without congress, they have a steep hill to climb.

Former president Obama did the exact same thing with his executive order over DACA.

The precedent and bar have been set and no one in congress, nor the supreme court had any issue with what Obama's executive orders did.

Trump's lawyers and the DOJ will argue this exact same thing, telling any judge, "Your honor, based on prior executive orders issued by former presidents, where congress refused to sue nor press issue with said orders, President Trump's executive order stand as written..."

So democrats have two choices.

1.  Sue and fight, but also reverse Obama's DACA and other such prior executive orders - because you know, fair is fair.

2.  ...or they can just STHU and let Americans reap the benefit from Trump's executive orders so they can continue to survive this pandemic.

Because nothing says "Screw you America" then a bunch of democrats who place so much pork barrel into a stimulus bill for Americans, that the senate nor the president can sign it because it is that egregious.

But wait, there is more.

There is an actual 3rd option, but it will require all of the whining democrats to resign in protest.
