There is an old trick to keep Canadian Geese, who migrate south during the winter, from destroying your property, especially if you have a pond or lake.  You have to kill a few of them, strip their feathers off and hang their lifeless naked bodies from trees around your property or water source.  The other Geese will get the message very quickly and will not return.

First off, I am not a violent person and do not advocate hurting or killing anyone.  That being said, at what point, when all communications have broken down, and common sense is no longer prevalent and these rioters cannot be reasoned with anymore (which seems to be the case already), do you not fight back and make an example of a few of them for the benefit of the rest of them?  Actions have consequences and it's about high time we start to enforce that rule again.
