After more than 10 years on Facebook, today was the final straw. I was suspended for simply using the hashtag #Covid. Nothing more.
Suspended? What am I, an 8th grade student who refused to do his homework?
As the phrase goes, “I am a grown ass man!” Not some insolent child, whom you suspend for breaking the rules.
I will not be treated as such. I will not be talked down to by some 20 something year old millennial, or whatever the most recent generational group is called.
I will not comply with the Chinese censors that Facebook has now hired to run their so called “Community Standards” department.
I will not be lectured by the likes of liberal idiots, who somehow, as a minority, have gotten the upper hand on good hearted and good minded conservatives, who are not afraid to speak their minds because they grew up actually understanding what the constitution is, and knowing the sacrifices that were made by those that came before.
This Republic, guided by the words put on paper by patriots, 240 plus years ago, is drenched in the blood of those patriots and the ones that came after.
We often refer to them as our “forefathers”.
The truth is, if they were alive today, we would call them brothers, and patriots like Betsy Ross, our sisters.
It was a difficult decision, yet it was the easiest one I have ever made. I closed my Facebook account, along with my 10 year history, 10,000 plus posts and thousands of images and photos, along with the connections to my friends.
Yet, I will not be silenced. You can disagree with me, you can yell at me, you can be pissed at me. You can even debate with me in writing and in speech. That is the right the 1st amendment guarantees us all.
Until 2/3rds of all states ratify the removal of it, along with the 2nd, that gives us the right to protect ourselves against those that would seek to do us harm, or seek to destroy our Republic, I will continue to speak, without fear of reprisal, just as our forefathers, nay, our brothers and sisters who founded this nation on their knees, before God almighty, with blood, sweat and tears, gave their all to protect those rights.
It is time, that we, in which the patriotism of our founders lives in, do the same, so that true American grit, ingenuity and patriotism can survive and do not die.
It is our time now. We must give our all, for God and country, but most importantly, for our true brothers and sisters in arms, and for the future generations of our children, for whom we will leave our legacy.
Let our legacy not be socialism nor communism nor cancel culture.
The phrase, “Pull yourself up by your bootstraps…” has taken on a whole new meaning in 2021.
My brothers and sisters, we cannot let the injustices that have been passed onto America by globalists, our foreign enemies, and yes, even our own misguided brothers and sisters, diminish nor destroy this great Republic.
We must get on our knees, and ask God for his forgiveness, and for his help in defeating these harbingers of darkness.
As we fight, not only for our freedom, but also for our future, and the future for all generations to come, we must hold all, who have perpetrated these injustices upon our land, to be held accountable, not only in front of man, but also in front of God.
Without true punishment as consequence for evil deeds, they will only be repeated.
America, yes, this America, made up of the United States, is the world’s only and last hope, for a shining pinnacle, that can bring justice and liberty to all.
But first, we must, “Make America Great Again!”

While I have yet to terminate my own account (I struggle between friends, family, photos, jokes and art.) I've read things that would make you ponder and contemplate, debate and argue.
But why? There is no use to bother... we (and they) KNOW the transgressions committed and allowed/ignored. Why protest? Why resist? We are like a rat in a trap, waiting to be drowned. There is no justice, there is no allegiance, there is no republic. My heart is broken.
Has my America truly gone asunder? I fear that it has. And if not yet... it shall soon... as our generous nature has offered great kindness, we (no fault - human nature) expect kindness returned. How hard is it to wave, say thank you, offer a kind word?! When we gave from our hearts, it didn't matter. Now, it will be taken by force and I'm doubtful, no... quite certain, it will be without an ounce of gratitude or remorse.
Yes, 100%, sadly so.
What a refreshing site. Thank you for articulating our feelings about the current state of the republic. You are the smartest guy I know.
GREAT JOB;
