Seriously? Somali's in Minnesota now say that their Student and Employee records were stolen!  Oh boy, what a bunch of lying hogwash!

Anyone that runs a business, post Sarbanes Oxley act (SOX), knows that it is required by law, to keep backup records, not only onsite, but also offsite with a third party, such as Iron Mountain. As they sit there, and say, "Oh, so sorry, all records were stolen..." the question should be asked, "Where are your backups?", and if they don't exist, charge them under the SOX act for failing to keep records. At least that's a start.
