Let's be crystal clear. This wasn't a one sided fraud committed by Somali's living in the USA.  They had to have had help from within the Obama and Biden administrations, along with help from the local state governments, including Mayors and Governors.  My take on this? This is the largest money laundering operation in the history of the world.  We keep asking, "How did Kamala and tampon Tim raise 1 billion dollars in just a few short months?" and "How does George Soros never run out of funds?"  Well kiddos, here's your answer, The Somali Child Care Racket.  .... and yes, it's racketeering.  Heads need to roll!
