I keep saying it, stop the threatening of doing the right thing. Just do it.  Minneapolis is not the same as a young child where a threat of punishment can often be enough to encourage a change in behavior. 

It's not going to work with leftists who have TDS.  Plus, most of the agitators are paid professionals, paid with our tax money, stolen by the Somalis and demoncrats in Minnesota and around the country.  Yes, that money, I suspect, made it's way back to George Soros and the like, and then was used to pay said agitators to fuel the insurrection in Minneapolis.  

They don't respond to threats, they simply ignore them, and then ask for more money from Soros's NGO's and then continue to escalate their rhetoric.

Only action will end this.  Invoke the Insurrection Act, put troops into Minneapolis, arrest them all, put them in detention centers and charge them with insurrection.  Make Jan 6th 2021 look like child's play in comparison.  Use military JAGs and courts to try them, and if found guilty, put them on chain gangs fixing our deteriorating highway system.  Cheap Labor, and after working that hard for a couple of years, they'll think twice before ever doing it again.
