El Mencho is dead.  Good.  The power vacuum left behind?  Not so good.

Not only is there infighting within the Cartel over his death, they are taking it out on innocent civilians, including kidnapping American tourists.  "Hey cartel?  Guess who buys your products?  Yep, Americans."  Good way to alienate yourself from your buyers.

When the manufacturer and supplier starts to go after their buyers and innocents, they've outlived their usefulness and only a complete purge will do.

Just as we're sending troops, ships, and our war fighting machine to Iran to stop the Mullah's from continuing to massacre their own people, we need to occupy Mexico.  There, I said what everyone else is thinking.

Time to do what we did in the 1st gulf war.  Overwhelming force.  Send in 600,000 troops and march across the country.  Let's be honest, if all of those illegals that marched up from South America were real, supposedly walking 3000 miles, I think our soldiers with mechanized assistance can do the same.

Any one taking up arms against them? They get what they deserve.

Once we've wiped out the worst of the worst, Mexico should them be able to remove all of the cartel supporting politicians, replace them with honest and peace seeking new ones, and be able to control what's left of the Cartel without US assistance or intervention.
