Starbucks strikes again.  Now providing more tips to workers on purchases made with debit and credit cards.

Already among the highest earners in the "Coffee House World", the average Starbucks employee makes $16.52/hr.

OMG.  ...and now, they want customers to fork over even more tips?

Are you kidding me?

Working at Starbucks, McDonalds, etc, only the managers are supposed to be career employees.  Everyone else?

Temporary workers who work here while going to college or for teenagers to earn cash while still going to high school. 

These jobs were never designed to be "Full Time" nor "Career based" employment.  No, this is not for you to live in your own apartment, drive your own car and pay for everything yourself.  

Yet, here we are.  So many kids and young adults, expecting this type of job to bring a living wage.

Stop it already.

My first job in high school?  $2.35 per hour, minimum wage.

To add to this insane asylum of a world, employees will also be paid weekly starting in August, a move the company said is in response to barista feedback. (per Fox News).

So, you mean you couldn't manage your income on a biweekly basis, so now you want to be paid weekly?  

This will only lead to one thing, more of them getting behind on their bills as they'll spend next week's money today, instead of saving it for the monthly bills.

Good luck to this lost generation.
