The video that the media from Monday night's shooting in New Mexico doesn't want you to see. The truth being, the shooter was in fear for his life, and rightly so. They had him pinned down and were yelling at him that they were going to kill him. Looks like self-defense in my opinion.

Two have him pinned down, with a 3rd one standing by, yelling, "We are going to fucking kill you!" as they assault him with a skateboard, while multiple others are running towards them to assist in the beating/killing of this man. His response, as he gets free and stumbles backwards, and as he sees now more multiple attackers heading his way, is to fire his weapon in self-defense. Case closed.

A weapon in a situation like this is the great equalizer. You can see as he kneels down, in a defensive position, with his weapon drawn, no one else is approaching him as they yell, "Get his fucking license plate!"
