The city of Seattle, using tax payer funds, is going to assist the country of CHOP to upgrade their makeshift border fencing by having Seattle public works department replace them with more "permanent" concrete barriers.

Yeah, cause that'll show em.  Seriously, they are going to embolden these morons.
